The master analog cassette tapes of this show have pitch issues, and this fileset was derived from a A>D transfer we did quite a while back. It was likely a Harman Kardon tape deck plugged into the standard soundcard of a PC, editing and tracking using Soundforge, burned to CD using Adapted EZ-CD Creator, and then EAC>FLAC8 by me. Unless we figure out how to fix the pitch issues on the master, this is probably all we will get.

11-29-66 The Matrix

I will say these tapers do great work in all they do to keep it going forward.
Subject: Worst Ventura Show
Subject: Cherries in the Stands
A head, heart and soul card.
The Jerry's Cherries from the p-lot
and God, it was hot
corrugated tin roof awning.
The sound was thunderous and pounding.
This is an amazing teardrop, dream-stop,
for a moment or two in the past.
Just as the second set started, the heat, the down pressure
of the low tide, crimped the trip, slowly spilt to out side the gate, my wife and I.
Sat in the surf, on some rocks, watched and heard the Boys
set the sun right where she belongs.
“God, I love those guys.”
Subject: The very best of Ventura!
Oh, and by the way, Garcia never left the stage between Not Fade Away and Brokedown Palace.
